I’m an executive coach and strategic educator, and my work sits at the intersection of leadership, performance and real life. I’ve guided organisations through complex growth, coached leaders at critical turning points and lived the balancing act myself as a mum, founder and endurance athlete. Balancing Act draws on this combination of evidence-based practice, lived experience and the perspectives earned from years of working in high-performance environments.

I bring a mix of evidence, performance insight and lived experience, combining my work as an executive coach with what I’ve learned as a multi-business owner, mum of three and endurance athlete.
