Anne-Sophie Amiot is Vice President of Sales & Strategy at Wood PLC, a global engineering consultancy. A senior international executive with a decade of leadership roles, including Vice President of Growth & Development and Strategic Accounts, she has led complex, cross-regional initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

I first met Anne-Sophie in Milan in early 2024 and was immediately struck by her presence, she was thoughtful, engaging and quietly powerful. Anne-Sophie leads without ego, building trust through consistency, curiosity, and calm authority.

With a background in chemistry and engineering, she began in technical roles before quickly transitioning to client-facing work, where she discovered a natural strength in connecting with people and navigating complexity. Today, Anne-Sophie combines technical depth with emotional intelligence to lead global strategy and shape diverse, high-performing teams.

Her leadership philosophy is built on reflection, feedback and staying grounded in her values. “If there was no fear, it wouldn’t be fun,” she told me. A reminder that courage and growth go hand in hand.
