Steve Judge
Former World Champion | Motivational Speaker | Author
Steve Judge is a motivational speaker, author and former world champion paratriathlete whose story has inspired audiences across the UK and internationally. After a near-fatal car accident in 2002 left both legs crushed, Steve was told he might never walk again. Years of reconstruction and rehabilitation followed - years that redefined his mindset, resilience, and goals.
Through disciplined recovery and progressive physical targets, Steve entered para-sport and went on to become a two-time Paratriathlon World Champion, winning titles for Great Britain in China and New Zealand.
After retiring from elite competition, Steve built a career as an “Achievement Catalyst,” speaking and coaching on resilience, personal accountability, and high-performance goal-setting for clients including Rolls-Royce, Toyota, HSBC, the NHS and universities across the UK.
He is the author of Don’t Lean on Your Excuses, which chronicles his journey from trauma to podium, and GOLD, which outlines practical strategies for unlocking personal potential and sustained achievement. His work centres on helping individuals and organisations convert adversity into purposeful action, reframe limitations, and commit to goals with structure, clarity, and momentum.
