He currently leads the business publishing team at De Gruyter Brill, one of the world’s leading international academic and professional publishers.

Matthew was the very first person I spoke to about my early ideas for Balancing Act: Mastering Work, Wealth and Wellbeing. He immediately connected with the concept, recognised its potential, and championed it within De Gruyter Brill. From that initial conversation through to publication, his insight, challenge, and belief in the work have been invaluable.

When you go on the journey to becoming an author, one of the most important things you can have is someone who will tell you the truth about what they think, with integrity, experience, and the reader firmly in mind. Matthew does exactly that. I am genuinely thrilled with the end product and deeply grateful for his support throughout the process.
