Executive Speaking Coach | TEDx Speaker | Author
Gina Balarin (CPM FAMI FCIM CMktr) is an executive speaking coach, storyteller for C-level impact and founder of The CEO’s Voice and Verballistics. She makes leaders extraordinary on the screen, stage and page, working with CEOs, founders and senior executives to turn their ideas into influence and their messages into moments that move people.
Drawing on more than 20 years in leadership communication, performance, marketing and strategy, Gina has worked with clients across the globe, from giants like AWS and Adobe to fast-growth innovators and purpose-driven organisations. A TEDx speaker, ghostwriter and content creator, she partners with leaders to craft keynote speeches, board presentations, investor pitches and thought-leadership narratives that land with clarity, confidence and impact.
Her book, The Secret Army: Leadership, Marketing and the Power of People, explores how leaders can harness the often-overlooked power of customers and employees. Together with her board roles at the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Project Placed, this gives her a rare vantage point at the intersection of leadership, communication and human motivation.
At the heart of Gina’s work is a simple belief: when leaders find and use their true voice, consistently and authentically, they not only communicate better, they change what becomes possible for their organisations and the people they serve.
